Once you're able to log in successfully, go to My Account>Account at the top of your screen or by clicking here.

How do I update my payment methods or addresses?

Update your payment methods and addressees by going to My Account>Account at the top of your screen or by clicking here.

Can I still have a recurring pickup order?

You can easily reorder products under My Account>Orders and select Curbside Pickup during the checkout process.

Can I still have my order delivered locally?

Good news! We will still deliver locally. To offer the best quality service we can, we have reduced our radius to 10 miles from your local store. Live further than 10 miles out and don't want to take advantage of our Curbside Pickup service? No worries - we offer reasonably-priced shipping to the contiguous US.

Where can I view my Loyalty Program information?

Once your online and in-store accounts are linked, view how many bags or cans you have left to purchase before receiving your free items by going to My Account>Account at the top of your screen or by clicking here.

How do I link my online and in-store accounts?

Your online and in-store accounts need to utilize the same email address. You can change your email address online in your Account Profile and you can change your address in-store by speaking to an associate.

How do I create a new AutoShip order?

If you'd like to create an AutoShip order of something you've previously purchased, you can very easily do that by finding the item in your order history and selecting "Create AutoShip". If this is your first time ordering or you would like to try something new, simply search for the item you'd like and on the product page select "Create AutoShip" and adjust your quantity and frequency. Then click or tap "Add to Cart" and, when you're ready, proceed through the checkout process. You can easily make edits (how many, how often, next delivery date, etc.) to your subscription in your Account Profile at any time.

How do I add items to my existing AutoShip order?

If you'd like increase the quantity of an item already in your order, you can easily do so by navigating to the order in your Account Profile. Looking to add some treats or canned food? If you'd like to add a new item to an existing subscription, simply search for the item you'd like and on the product page adjust the quantity and then click or tap "Add to Existing AutoShip" and select the subscription. You can easily make edits (how many, how often, next delivery date, etc.) to your subscription in your Account Profile at any time.

I've accrued enough Loyalty Rewards program points to redeem for a free bag. How do I claim my free bag?

If you'd like to redeem your free bag online, simply add the bag to your cart and keep an eye out at checkout for a coupon that is highlighted in green. Click or tap to apply the coupon and your bag will be free! Taxes and delivery charges may apply.
